3 sessions over 6 weeks are for serious, disiplined and focused clients. For optimal results the client is asked to do homework from 10 minutes to 2 hours - depending on the goal. More time spent with assigned meditations, exercises, journaling and direction- the sooner clients will see results they desire.


Must have a consultation before starting this 6 week series of 3 sessions. Client must sign agreement stating all 3 sessions must be used within 6 weeks.
