If you take a day or so break before repeating this class you can do it for more than 2 weeks
If you do this class every day for 2 weeks, you must stop for at least a week before you resume doing it daily.
Ideally you do this a day or up to 2 weeks during a transition in your life.

Spring 5 YOU DIG 6 interactive lecture and remote group Chinese energetic medicine sessioins
6 small group interactive lecture and remote group Chinese energetic medicine sessions called Medical Qigong Therapy by Dr. Amba Ann Dryg Doctor of Medical Qigong
each week we will focus on one of the 5 yin organs and the first week we will focus on transitions between seasons (winter to spring)
all participants will receive 6 recordings of lectures, 2 months access to 2 private facebook groups and homework each week specific to each of the group members needs and goals.
2 options of Tuesdays 3:30pm to 5:30pm Tuesdays OR 11am to 1pm Saturdays
Dates start March 16 to April 24th- Six consecutive weeks
