Nutrition, Mindset, Inflammation, Hydration, Cardio Vs Resistance Training, Sleep, Stress vs Relaxation, Qigong and Yoga with Dr. Amba and Abs, Arms, Legs and Back Exercises
Program includes:
- Meet once a week for first 8 weeks of the year Wednesday for 30 minutes at 8am Central time/ 10am Eastern time
- 16 or twice a week Workouts for 30 minutes of combination of Aerobics/ Resistance/Yoga/Qigong Classes with Dr Amba available for 8week program and 30 days after the class is done via Zoom recordings
