- Friends can Zoom in to our Programs & Community Building and Join Us in FB Lives on Excursions or come and share a room with you or book their own room at the Historic Pfizer Hotel in Downtown Milwaukee a stone's throw to the Beach at Lake Michigan
- Enjoy the Sunrise and Sunset Views from High above Lake Michigan as we practice Breathwork and Qigong Moving Meditations
- Enjoy a Women's Retreat focused on Self-Care and Self-Love creating Optimal Health
Come relaxt at the Hotel or sleep at home, however to take part in the Sunrise portion- it may be easiest to stay at the Hotel and enjoy the retreat experiencde
2 Nights and 3 Days of Recharging, Learning Tools for Your Personal Development, Self-Care and Self-Love practices. Its a practice not perfection.
- We will have wonderful yoga classes with nature views from every angle. We will enjoy wisdoe from 11 other speakers besides Dr Amba. Several Fun conversations on our breaks and in our breakout rooms with the virtual attendees
You will also have the opportunity to experience the energetic healing sessions by the incredibly intuitive and gifted Dr. Amba Dryg- Tobin. The Medical Qigong energetic work is a 5000 year old practice which came before ACUPUNCTURE. The two Sessions are done remotely for all on zoom live virtually and in person in a group protocol on Friday evening and Sunday morning.
- We will share lots of conversations around the dinner table and in the breakout rooms. Enjoy the beach and the art museum as well as a visit to the best sushi restaruant the SCREAMING TUNA and explore the amazing Historic Hotel we are staying in.

Arrive Friday between 3pm and 6:30pm - for all in person ladies
- Program starts at 7pm -1st of 4 segments Live Virtually and In Person
then dinner, relaxing and community building
- Optional Sunrise Moving Meditation of Qigong Exercises
- Local excursion early with excursion (all excursion drinks and dinners not included)
- 10am to 12pm Live Virtually and In Person, speakers & breakout rooms
- Then a long break from 12noon to 4pm for lunch and qigong walking, excursions w and relaxing
- 4pm to 6pm -speakers and breakout rooms
- then dinner and relaxing and community building
- Optional Sunrise Yoga with Qigong Infused
- followed by relaxing and Breakfast and 10am to 12pm Last Segment and closing
