- This retreat is for anyone with a love of nature and would like to build community with others who desire to raise their level of self-care and self-love.
- Each day we will enjoy a hot tube soak, guided meditations, gentle yoga, nutrient rich foods, community building and small and big excursions.
On 4 of the 7 days we will have two hours of dedicated teachings of Self-Care & Self-Love for Self-Healing Tools.
- This retreat includes 4 nights stay at a Villa in Vitznau, Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland .
- Villa stay and food at villa is included
- Travel to and from Zurich is included
- Out on excursions food is NOT included
- Zurich stay before and after at Hotel Splendid is NOT included- can stay somewhere else- but that is where we are leaving from morning Sept 17,2023
- Travel Before or After the retreat is NOT included but you are welcome to come on travels before an after at your own expenses- and if intersted to visit via train
