in person in different locations - often in the Bay area like Bodega Bay
where ever the location- we ask that you arrive at 9am to 9:30 for time to register and socialize before we start at 10am and end at 4pm
Qigong is always a part of the day retreats as well as community building breakout rooms with the virtual attendees.
The focus is different every month, however all attendees will build their wellness tool boxes and have a deeper understanding of their own body and emotions as they effect our spiritual path.
