Day 1
9:00am pacific hybrid -on zoom only-with replays*
- in person retreat starts at 4pm to 9pm
- arrive at hotel before 3pm to check in at 3pm
- 4pm we will start the retreat program and introductions
- 5:45 dinner and teachings
- 7:45 head to local beach for sunset practices
- 9:15pm return to hotel
- *Friday Sunrise practice of Qigong Prescription for Manifesting
- 10am leave hotel drive to Marconi Lodge parking
- 11am meet others for short hike and yoga, qigong
- 12:30 lunch on Tomales Bay
- Return to hotel for recharge, rest and reflection
- 4:30 teachings we will continue before dinner
- Dinner at 6pm
- Drive to secret beach for sunset practice
- Hot tub and social time after dinner
- 8am breakfast short teaching session
- Hot Tub or swim relax before check out at 11-
