When Paying the $300 deposit, you are opting to either pay full balance within 2 weeks of deposit payment. Or payment plan can be arranged with approval.
EVERY RETREAT INCLUDES- Shared Accomodation, Winery Tasting at Exclusive Jenner Winnery, All Expenses are paid -except Lunch on Saturday and Travel to San Francisco or Santa Rosa Airports. There are shuttles to Petaluma- where we will pick people up on Friday between 9am and 4pm- as needed.----- If Local and drive to location- will give parking instruction.

5:45 to 6:45pm -Sunset Qigong- "Old Man Tide Pool" & walk on Beach

8:30 yoga/ qigong/ dance -modify as needed

- airports closest are San Francisco International airport - Book Flight to arrive Friday before 1pm to arrive before 4pm
- if comming in a day or so early - there are many options in the Bay Area you may want to stay - From Saulsalito, Mill Valley, Tiburon, Jenner, Bodega Bay would be places I would recommend- if not visiting anyone in Bay area.

- We will have wonderful yoga classes with nature views from every angle. We will enjoy wisdom from other speakers besides Dr Amba.
- Several Fun conversations on our breaks and in our breakout rooms with the virtual attendees
- experience the energetic healing sessions by the incredibly intuitive and gifted Dr. Amba Dryg-Tobin. The Medical Qigong energetic work is a 5000 year old practice which came before ACUPUNCTURE. The two Sessions are done remotely for all on zoom live virtually and in person in a group protocol on Friday evening and Sunday morning.
