Must be able to be in a quiet place during this practice.

There will not be any sharing of attendees

and they will be any replays.

Ideally attendees are practicing every day- the foundations for 3 to 30 minutes before bed and when waking each day. More often practiced, more successful the results.

• f you miss a class you and all students who have not missed a class will have replays for 3 days to view and take notes
