*We will have wonderful qigong& yoga classes with nature views from every angle. We will enjoy short segments of time the AMAZING teachings of Wellness and Mindset Experts
* Alos enjoy energetic work sessions by the incredibly intuitive and gifted Dr. Amba Dryg- Tobin. The Medical Qigong energetic ancient healing art is done remotely for all on zoom live virtually and in person in a group session.
We will share lots of conversations around the dinning table and during walk to and from the Beach & Art Museum.

Friday
- intro and 2 speakers and Remote Healing Sessino
Saturday Enjoy
- Optional Sunrise Moving Meditation of Qigong Exercises
- Local excursion early with excursion
- followed by a relaxing morning and program starts online 10am to 12pm ( with a break at 10:50)
- Then a long break from 12noon to 3pm for lunch and nature walks and relaxing
- 3pm to 6pm with 4 breaks- and 5 segments
- then dinner and relaxing and community building
Sunday Enjoy
- Optional Sunrise Yoga with Qigong Infused
- followed by relaxing and Breakfast and 8:30 to 10:30 and closing in 2 parts
