180 Day Challenge-Go to the Gym-Challenge
Ideally around the same time everyday. If 5am or earlier on 5 days- give 2 days to go in later--- and one of the 7 days- only do cardio- no lifting or machines
Fun Community with Meal Plans, Exercise routines, Banter and Support
- not for only just bringing your weight down
- it can be for the better overall health- whatever your weight
Private Facebook group- -- will have to join by answer questions- and the
Yoga and Qigong Mini Classes - the main tools- are easy- just need some accountability and community cheering you on!- Be sure to talk to your doctor before starting any new health plans.
I have lost over 100 pounds doing healthy habits and exercise
awareness of what I am eating- and eating the best nutrient dense foods, and the foods that are best for women at different ages
Issue for me is that I have gained 80 of them back---my goal is keeping off and getting off 80 pounds in the 180 day challenge : )
