Each Week Will Teach one of the 5 Yin Organs in The 5 element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medical Qigong Therapy Protocols and Guided Sitting or Moving Meditations
Each week
- will have 2 breaks
- 1 segments include teachings and practices
- last segment will include Medical Qigong Remote Group Session and Specific to each attendee (for this reason the space is for a limited number of women)
Mondays on Scheduled Days
10am to 11:30pm Pacific
11am to 12:30pm Pacific
Noon to 1:30pm Central
1pm to 2:30 Eastern
6pm to 7:30pm in UK
Recordings will be available for 90 days after each Meeting
