Stephanie Keenan Re has been pursuing holistic healing and wellness modalities since she was a child, when she taught herself reflexology in 6th grade and she would practice on her family. She found great joy and satisfaction knowing she could help them feel better and heal faster with the power of her hands. She has continued on a path of learning ever sense. She got certified in:
- equine massage
-aromatherapy
-Shambala, which is a form of energy work similar to reiki,
- Became a licensed esthetician in 2007 with a focus on spa therapy.
-Studied chakra energy & Ayurveda
In 2020 she received an incredible opportunity to return to esthetics, both with a spa room in Worcester, Ma, and she also developed her virtual skin health and wellness business, Natural Beauties.
At the age of 42, all the pursuit of holistic healing practices finally fell into place and made sense. She is doing her hearts work guiding others on their wellness journey so they can shine in their natural beauties.
Stephanie will be speaking on Skin (which relates to LUNGS & Metal Element)
She will share how to care for our skin with all natural methods and to use essential oils to shift our bodies health and wellness on a cellular level to improve our mind, body and spirit. She will share the power of essential oils to support emotions, mood, and our health and wellness on a cellular level. Kirsteen will be speaking Confidence (which relates to KIDNEYS & Water Element)
She will share about the truths and myths about confidence, how we block it and drain it and the importance of tapping into our intuition. She will also be talking about how we can champion ourselves.
