5 three hour and 5 one hour meetings in 5 weeks- small group interactive lecture and remote group Chinese energetic medicine sessions called Medical Qigong Therapy by Dr. Amba Ann Dryg Doctor of Medical Qigong
each week we will focus on one of the 5 yin organs and the first week we will focus on transitions between seasons (winter to spring)
all participants will receive 5 recordings of lectures, 2 months access to 2 private Facebook groups and homework each week specific to each of the group members needs and goals. All zoom meeting lectures and demos are recorded and emailed with handouts and also posted on the private Facebook group.

7am to 10am PDT Fridays
OR
7am to 10am PDT or 11am to 2pm PDT Saturdays
(option to come another day than your regular day- when you are not able to make your scheduled day)
- Midweek Meetings on Wednesday 3pm PST to review the main meditation/ exercise for the week and Check In. Then a short remote Medical Qigong Therapy group session.
Dates start March 19th to April 24th 2021- 5 consecutive weeks
