Retreat Virtually on Zoom for March 18-20th 2022
This is a retreat is for 3 days- Friday 3/18 to 3/20
in Person in Bethany Beach, DE and for Live Virtual
you can be anywhere to attend on Zoom
-1st day 5pm to 7pm EST (break out rooms and Dr Amba's Session
-2nd day is 10am to Noon -break - and 3pm to 6pm - Jaquie, Sue, Dorothy and Joanne
main Day is 2nd Day- the full day- (big 3 hour break )
-3rd day is 8am to 10:30am -Lisa and Dr Amba

Live Virtual people enjoy all the teachings from the Hosts --minus the hiking and part outdoors. The food won't be included for Zoom participants either, yet recipes will be sent out. Recording will also be included of the whole program.
Recording and Live Virtual part is 5pm to 7pm 1st day
10am to 12 and 3pm to 6pm with 3 hour break 2nd day
8am to 10:30am 3rd day
