Arrive Thursday between 4pm and 5pm
- Program starts at 5pm to 7pm(with a break at 5:50)..so 2 segments
- then dinner and relaxing and community building ( on overnight stay)
Friday and Saturday Enjoy
- Optional Sunrise Moving Meditation of Qigong Exercises
- followed by a relaxing morning and Breakfast and 10am to 12pm ( with a break at 10:50)
- Then a long break from 12noon to 3pm for lunch and nature walks and relaxing
- 3pm to 6pm with 4 breaks- and 5 segments
- then dinner and relaxing and community building (no overnight stay)
Sunday Enjoy
- Optional Sunrise Yoga with Qigong Infused
- followed by relaxing and Breakfast and 8:30 to 10:30 and closing( with a break at 9:20)
